We work with children, young people and adults at risk. Our Safeguarding Lead oversees safe recruitment, risk assessment, staff training and clear reporting routes for any concern raised before, during or after an activity.
We only collect the information we need to run an activity or respond to an enquiry, we store it securely, and we never sell it. You can ask us at any time to see or delete the information we hold about you.
We aim to make both our website and our activities as accessible as possible, and we publish clear terrain, distance and accessibility information for sessions. If something isn't working for you, please tell us and we'll adapt where we can.
Booking an activity means agreeing to take part in line with our published session information, safety guidance and the reasonable instructions of the session leader.
Cancellation terms are given with each event's booking information. If we have to cancel a session, for example due to weather or safety, we will offer an alternative date or a refund.
Photographs and video are only taken and shared with appropriate consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. Images of children and young people are subject to additional safeguarding checks.
